The role will be remote (in the United States) until Late 2026/Early 2027. Relocation assistance will be provided.The expected annual salary range for this role is $124000 - $182000 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations., What youâll do:The primary function of the Quality Manager is to lead the definition, execution, and deployment of the strategic Quality Plan in conjunction with the plant leadership team. , Manages the establishment and administration of a plant wide Quality Management System including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and continuous improvement. , This position also includes development and administration of product warranty programs and field upgrades for all plant products., In this role you will:, Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with the plant Quality Manual and ISO 9001 requirements.Lead strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product, process, and service terface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support audits, inspections, and quality system understanding.Oversee final and in-process inspections, implement error-proofing solutions, and manage statistical feedback programs.Develop and deliver training programs related to QMS and provide quality leadership in new product and process development.Manage warranty processes, supplier quality activities, and coordinate cross-functional efforts for cost-effective resolutions.Analyze quality metrics, conduct management reviews, and recommend corrective actions to close operational gaps.Deploy and support the Eaton Quality System across the organization.Manage departmental budget and evaluate team performance for staffing decisions.
