Description Robert Half is looking for a Paralegal to join a growing firm in Elmwood Park, Illinois. In this role, you will primarily focus on real estate transactions, working closely with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient closings. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for real estate law. Responsibilities: u2022 Prepare and thoroughly review real estate contracts, closing documents, and other related materials. u2022 Collaborate with clients, lenders, realtors, and title companies to facilitate seamless transactions. u2022 Monitor transaction schedules and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently. u2022 Organize and maintain detailed records of real estate files and closing progress. u2022 Provide support to attorneys in addressing issues such as contract breaches, builder negotiations, and warranty disputes. u2022 Perform administrative tasks related to real estate closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Requirements u2022 Must be fluent in Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Hold a Bacheloru2019s degree or Paralegal Certificate. u2022 Demonstrated proficiency in using computers, particularly Mac systems. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting. u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups. u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or related paralegal work. u2022 Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions preferred.
