Job Description u2022 Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the development life cycle and focus on delivery of quality solutions. u2022 Mentor peer engineering team members on technical decision making, code reviews and enforcing engineering practices and standards. u2022 Lead technical discussions and build consensus among engineers. u2022 Work with cloud engineering teams to design and develop cloud native services. u2022 Manage strong partnerships with technologies suppliers; understand and advise on their roadmaps and product evolution. u2022 Maintain application DevOps processes and deployment pipelines to implement and support application and feature releases. u2022 Assist in system migration to the cloud supporting refactoring legacy system to modernize the application or integration services to leverage cloud native services and solutions. u2022 Build a diverse and inclusive team and culture within the organization and demonstrate a commitment to Hyattu2019s all core values. u2022 The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Technologies to focus on: AWS Specific Services (Lambda, API Gateway, Document DB/MongoDB, DynamoDB) Front End Framework: React, TypeScript Backend: NodeJs, TypeScript, Serverless Framework IaaC: Terraform Monitoring Tools: DataDog AWS Certification (AWS Solution Architect Associate, AWS Developer, AWS DevOps) Other cloud certifications are nice to have (GCP, Azure)
