Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Technical Maintenance Associate to join their team. As a Technical Maintenance Associate, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and strong technical aptitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Technical Maintenance Associate Location: Gwinn, MI Pay Range: $24 to $27 per Hour Shift: 6am - 4:30pm Tues - Fri What's the Job? + Repair and monitor complex electromechanical polyurethane mixing dispensers and other plant equipment. + Read schematics and work with PLCs, 3-Phase Power Systems, VFDs, AC/DC Motors, and digital electronics. + Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment uptime. + Utilize maintenance ticket systems and ERP for work orders, requisitions, and tracking. + Troubleshoot electromechanical processing problems and perform corrective actions. What's Needed? + Minimum 5 years of industrial work experience, background in technology, science, maintenance or related technical discipline. + Preferred: Technical Associates Degree and/or strong electrical background. + Written and verbal communication skills, technical aptitude. + Knowledge of PLCs, industrial electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques. + Ability to climb ladders, crawl in confined spaces, lift heavy or cumbersome objects, work with hand and power tools, and perform manual and physical activities related to plant equipment maintenance.
