Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hartland, Wisconsin. This role involves managing customer interactions, processing orders, and handling accounts receivable tasks while ensuring efficient communication with various customer classes. The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer goods and be comfortable performing diverse responsibilities, including social media marketing and front desk duties. This is a Contract to long-term position, offering an opportunity to transition into a lasting role. Responsibilities: u2022 Process order receipts and confirmations for retail, corporate, and wholesale customers. u2022 Accurately enter and route orders for various customer categories, including wholesale, distributors, web, retail, donations, and exports. u2022 Handle accounts receivable tasks such as invoicing, deposits, and responding to inquiries. u2022 Address customer service needs, including complaints, product inquiries, and requests for purchasing information. u2022 Manage donation requests and set up new customer profiles in the database. u2022 Perform filing and maintain organization for front desk and reception duties. u2022 Monitor aged receivables on a weekly basis to ensure timely follow-up. u2022 Generate monthly customer statements and prepare salesperson commission reports. u2022 Assist with social media marketing efforts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. u2022 Conduct annual tasks such as trade show lead follow-ups and rotating stock in the showroom. Requirements u2022 Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or consumer goods environment. u2022 Proficiency in order entry and managing inbound and outbound calls. u2022 Familiarity with accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and deposits. u2022 Ability to handle receptionist duties and maintain front desk professionalism. u2022 Experience with social media marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. u2022 Strong organizational skills for filing and database management. u2022 Excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries and complaints effectively. u2022 Knowledge of managing aged receivables and generating detailed statements and reports.
