Systems Engineer III

Description We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team in Germantown, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing various systems, ensuring their seamless integration and performance. This position requires a strong technical background and a commitment to maintaining reliable and efficient IT operations. This role requires candidates to be onsite (hybrid) - local candidates are preferred. Also, no third-party candidates will be considered. Responsibilities: u2022 Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory to ensure secure and efficient user access. u2022 Administer Microsoft Windows Server environments, focusing on stability and performance. u2022 Manage Azure Active Directory to support cloud-based identity and access solutions. u2022 Implement and maintain Citrix technologies to enhance virtual desktop and application delivery. u2022 Oversee Microsoft Exchange operations, ensuring consistent email communication and system functionality. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address system requirements. u2022 Monitor server performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime. u2022 Develop and document procedures for system upgrades and routine maintenance. u2022 Provide technical support and training to staff to ensure effective use of IT systems. u2022 Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements to existing systems. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Systems Engineer role or similar. u2022 Proficiency in Active Directory management and configuration. u2022 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration. u2022 Experience with Azure Active Directory for cloud-based solutions. u2022 Familiarity with Citrix technologies for virtual desktop environments. u2022 Expertise in Microsoft Exchange operations and troubleshooting. u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. u2022 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to address technical challenges effectively.
