summary Now Hiring – Forklift Drivers | $22/hr | South Bend, IN Join our warehouse team in South Bend! We’re seeking experienced Forklift Drivers who take pride in safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Pay & Schedule: • $22/hr • Shifts: Sunday–Tuesday + alternating Wednesdays or Thursday-Saturday + alternating Wednesdays – 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Evening shift) – 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Day Shift ) What You’ll Do: • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following all Health & Safety protocols. • Pick, receive, inspect, and deliver orders accurately. • Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts and reporting. • Follow all SOPs and documentation requirements. • Work independently while supporting team productivity goals. What We’re Looking For: • Proven forklift operation experience in a warehouse environment. • Ability to stay focused and productive independently. • Physically capable of packing and loading materials. • Reliable attendance and attention to detail. • Strong communication and basic computer skills (SAP experience a plus).
