In theEmergency Veterinary Technician Supervisor Role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: u00b7 Directing workflow on the floor u00b7 Cultivate an inclusive work environment and strong hospital culture. u00b7 Work cohesively with hospital management and supervisory teams to aid in the progression of the hospital. u00b7 Help with the interview process for potential new hiresand onboard all new associates. u00b7 Assists in the educational development of technicians and their skills. u00b7 Conduct staff meetings. u00b7 Provide opportunities for staff to gain more firsthand experience. u00b7 Mentoring technicians within the department u00b7 Resolve conflicts in a professional and humble manner. u00b7 Refining and implementing protocols u00b7 Help maintain medical initiatives and communities within the hospital u00b7 Ensure that BluePearl polices, guidelines, and recommendations are implemented by all members of the technical staff. VETERINARY TECHNICIAN SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS u00b7 Licensed preferred but not required. u00b7 3+ years of emergency experience u00b7 Team leadership experience u00b7 Passion for Veterinary Medicine u00b7 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Compensation: $27.00 - $43.00 / Hr _Starting range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field._ Schedule: Full-time opportunity, 4 x 10-hour work week, with rotating weekends.
