Financial Aid Counselor

Boston University Financial Assistance seeks a Financial Aid Counselor.This is an early-career level professional position, responsible for thereview of financial aid applications for undergraduate studentpopulations. This position assists with the awarding of federal, state,and institutional funds to Boston University undergraduates. It alsosupports the operations and systems area of the office and providescustomer service over the phone and email. The Financial Aid Counselorworks closely with colleagues within Financial Assistance and StudentEmployment, as well as with other University offices includingAdmissions, the Office of the University Registrar, and the CombinedEnrollment Services customer service office. This role reports to theSenior Assistant Director of Financial Assistance. The Financial AidCounselor's primary duties includes: ?
