What you will do: Manage projectsincluding planning, scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC Designtransportation infrastructure with a strong emphasis on trafficoperations, intersection improvements, and roundabout design Preparedetailed plans, specifications, bidding documents, and technical reportsDevelop and coordinate regulatory permit applications Build and maintainclient relationships through meetings, collaboration, and responsivecommunication Lead and review proposals with support from MSA teammembers Mentor and support junior staff in their professionaldevelopment Participate in public engagement, including preparingpresentation displays and representing projects at public meetingsProvide construction management and inspection support as needed MSA isan equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that is committed todiversity and inclusion in the workplace.
