Living a healthy lifestyle can be difficult, but we make it simple and funu00a0 Position Overview:u00a0 We are seeking an outgoing individual who represents the Courthouse as a great host to our youngest members and children in the community. Activity staff create a fun, safe, and engaging experience for our members. This person would be cross-trained in at least two of the departments, including Kids Court, Swim Lessons, and Parties. They drive the experience of our extracurricular activities and/or provide adult members the ability to participate and enjoy our clubs. A necessity is to interact with parents/guardians to be a great host to the experience being given for the benefit of the children we serve.u00a0 Key Responsibilities:u00a0 u25cf Promote the culture, values, and mission of Courthouse Club Fitnessu00a0 u25cf Strong ability or experience caring for and/or supervising childrenu00a0 u25cf Be an engaging host in guiding the experience of the given activityu00a0 u25cf Mature and confident ability to work with parents/guardiansu00a0 u25cf Ensuring the environment is safe, clean, organized, and well-maintainedu00a0 u25cf Know and enforce all department policiesu00a0 u25cf Be knowledgeable about programmingu00a0 Qualifications:u00a0 u25cf Confidence in working with and managing multiple children from 2 months to 13 yearsu00a0 u25cf Customer service experienceu00a0 u25cf Incorporate rapport to strengthen customer satisfactionu00a0 u25cf Adaptable to a busy work environment u25cf Reliable transportationu00a0 Preferred Skills:u00a0 u25cf Able to sit or stand for extended periodsu00a0 u25cf Ability to bend, lift, and carry infants and small children.u00a0 u25cf Previous pool safety or swim experienceu00a0 u25cf Reliable, punctual, and eager to accept responsibilityu00a0 u25cf Actively participate in club group fitness classes, training, or programsu00a0 u25cf Work collaboratively with club staff to ensure the members' needs are metu00a0 u25cf Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekendsu00a0 Specific Department:u00a0 u25cf Swim Instructor - Courthouse offers a variety of swim opportunities from parent-tot (taught), group lessons, private lessons, and summer camps. Swim instructors are responsible for teaching swim skills guided by Swim America curriculum to participants.u00a0 u25cf Kidu2019s Court - Courthouseu2019s childcare setting is called Kidu2019s Court. This allows our members (parents/ guardians) to drop off their children in a safe and friendly environment while they remain on site and use the Courthouse facilities.u00a0 u25cf Parties - Facilitates a rentable party by hosting that event.
