City/State: Saint Louis, Missouri Categories: Clinical Services and Support Job Status: Full-Time Req ID : 100945 Pay Range: u2013 / year (Salary or hourly rate is based on job qualifications and relevant work experience) Additional Information About the Role Pediatric Psychology Fellow at St. Louis Children's Hospital The St. Louis Childrenu2019s Hospital Pediatric Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship program provides a variety of clinical experiences to develop advanced competencies in the specialty area of pediatric psychology.Our Pediatric Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship program is housed within the Department of Psychology (at St. Louis Childrenu2019s Hospital. This fellowship is a one-year program, with potential opportunity to extend for a second year. Faculty (in our department provide inpatient and outpatient services to families from urban and rural areas with diverse backgrounds. Patients range in age from newborn to young adult and have a variety of referral concerns and disease presentations. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Performs evaluations, assessments, psychotherapy and consultation during the course of treatment for patients and their families. Responsibilities + Provides clinical care and consultation to patients and their families. + Performs Media and Community Service presentations. + Schedules patient appointments. + Participates in clinical or research project in field of expertise.
