Operates and maintains processing equipment, ensures product quality, and follows packaging specifications. Maintains a clean and safe work area while complying with all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. Performs additional tasks as directed to support production operations. Major Functional Responsibilities: + Process/Cut & pack fish to order schedule specifications of fish cuts either by variety of hand tools or by various machines in seafood processing environment + Sharpen and adjust cutting/processing equipment. Start-up and shut down equipment. + Receive and inspect fish to ensure quality with no defects or abnormalities.
