This dual property with a total of 200 rooms features the WXYZ Bar, daily breakfast service, a 24-hour fitness center, an indoor pool, and the Diamond Conference Center offering dynamic event and meeting space. As the PM Cook / Houseman, you'll be a key part of our evening operations, supporting both culinary and facilities teams to ensure smooth guest experiences and spotless public spaces.What You'll Do:Culinary Support & Kitchen Sanitation:Assist with food prep and light cooking for bar offerings, small events, and kitchen needsMaintain a clean and organized kitchen area, following all food safety and sanitation standardsMonitor kitchen equipment and ensure cleanliness aligns with health department regulationsPublic Space & Event Readiness:Keep lobby, bar, and public areas clean and guest-ready during evening hoursSupport meeting and event room setup and teardown, including tables, linens, and AV needsRestock lobby supplies and maintain a polished, welcoming environment for guestsTeam Support:Respond to operational requests from the front desk and leadership during PM shiftsMaintain a positive, can-do attitude and assist in cross-functional tasks as neededWhat We’re Looking For:Previous kitchen or housekeeping experience is a plusKnowledge of food safety, sanitation, and basic kitchen prepAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfactionAbility to lift/push up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as moving furniture and equipment About KMG Hotels: KMG HOTELS was founded in 2000 and owned by Jay Koshiya and Sanjay Koshiya.
