Our team values hard work, innovation, and community involvement.Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Ops Manager Trainee to join our grain elevator operations team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to learn about the grain handling industry and develop their management skills. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals while contributing to our daily operations.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the daily management of grain operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.Learn and support safety protocols and compliance regulations within the facility.Analyze operational processes to identify efficiencies and areas for improvement.Collaborate with team members on inventory management and grain quality control.Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge of grain handling equipment and systems.Help prepare reports and assist with project planning as needed.Contribute to team meetings and engage in problem-solving discussions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong interest in the agricultural industry and grain handling processes.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle multiple tasks.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
