Painter - Posted on November 21, 2025Published By Trillium Construction is seeking a Painter for a project near Albertville, MN to prep surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming, and apply paint with brushes, rollers and spray guns in 70’ x 20’ modular units, following blueprints & customer specifications. Key Responsibilities -Coordinate work activities with other production construction crew members and crew leads. -Evaluate projects to determine compliance with technical specifications. -Inspect equipment or tools to be used in construction, monitor, and ensure proper safety protocols are in place and being followed. -Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming -Apply paint coats using brushes, rollers, or spray guns to interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties -Select and mix paint colors to match client preferences and project requirements -Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures from paint splatters and damage -Inspect completed work for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections Pay: Up to $35 Schedule: 4p to 2a, Mon - Thursday, occasional Fridays, 40h / week - OT opportunities may become available down the line. Qualifications -Must pass pre-employment screenings -5+ yearsin construction and/or manufacturing -2+ years of experience in residential or commercial painting -Verifiable experience operating paint sprayers and spray guns, including set up, -troubleshooting, and clean up. -Valid driver’s license -Reliable transportation Trillium Construction Services has been recruiting and hiring construction and skilled trades talent for over 30 years.
