Meet customers pre-installation to inspect final preparations and set expectations.Work with crews to ensure timeliness, preparation, and adherence to safety protocols.Confirm all required pictures are received on the day of installation.Provide clearance for crews to leave the site after verifying all work through pictures.Manage roofing operations and ensure a clean pass-off to the financing team to enable timely project payments.Coordinate dumpsters and material deliveries with the roofing team.Run materials and resolve day-of challenges as needed.Qualifications: 3-5 years of roofing experience on an established crew or within an established company. Level-headed and organized with strong problem-solving skills.Bilingual or trilingual preferred: English, Portuguese, Spanish. Why Join Team Sunshine Construction?
