We are seeking an individual who excels in providing customer service. The Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager will provide day-to-day customer service to our transportation clients.Responsibilities:Work directly with Producers and Insurance Company representatives to service existing customersIssue Certificates of Insurance and Auto Insurance ID CardsAssist with client calls on billing questions, make policy changes, add and delete vehicles and driversAssist in gathering information required for underwriting/marketing an account and creating renewal submissionsOrders policy changesUpdate data in agency management systemRequirements:Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team membersSelf-motivated and drivenDemonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistanceDemonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skillsAttention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracyThe ability to multi task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive informationAbility to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitudePossess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)Applied Epic Agency Management experience, preferredBilingual (Spanish and English), preferredEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or the recognized equivalentMinimum of 2 years’ experience in Property & Casualty insurance industry or similar roleActive Property & Casualty license#LI-LR1#LI-HybridCandidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.Why Join Us:At Acrisure, we’re building more than a business, we’re building a community where people can grow, thrive, and make an impact.
