Bookkeeper

Description A private hospitality and property management group in Pauma Valley is searching for a meticulous, trustworthy Bookkeeper to support multi-entity financial operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a small-office environment and handling sensitive financial information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: + Manage multi-entity bookkeeping, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance + Process rent deposits, tenant invoicing, maintenance charges, and vendor payments + Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly across several properties + Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management + Prepare month-end workpapers: accruals, prepaid schedules, fixed assets, and revenue tracking + Maintain well-organized financial records for audits and annual tax preparation + Liaise with outside CPAs and property managers for financial requests + Support internal reporting needs such as occupancy summaries, expense allocations, and financial snapshots Requirements + 3u20135 years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping + Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (Online preferred) + Experience with property management or hospitality operations a plus + Intermediate to advanced Excel skills + High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and communication Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
