What Youu2019ll Do: + Develop and optimize programs for Swiss Style CNC Lathes + Setup, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment + Create programs from engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models + Perform equipment maintenance and ensure tight tolerances in production + Inspect finished parts and ensure all quality standards are met + Document programs, tooling setups, and procedures + Train and mentor junior programmers and operators + Collaborate with engineers and production teams Requirements: + High school diploma required (technical/trade school or associateu2019s in manufacturing preferred) + 3u20135 years of Swiss CNC programming experience + Skilled in CNC setup, troubleshooting, and machine operation + Experience with M- and G-code, CAD/CAM CNC software (Partmaker, TB Deco, SilviExpert a plus) + Experience in high-volume, high-precision environments (medical device experience preferred) + Strong communication and documentation skills Why Kelly Engineering? + Work with cutting-edge technology and talented teams + Opportunities for growth and skill development Ready to advance your career?
