DescriptionResponsible for the overall system management of the pediatric therapy service departments (PT, OT, SP and TR) including clinical, administrative and financial operations. Establishes standards of care and therapy practice and monitors for compliance. Assures compliance with internal and external regulatory standards. Responsible for staffing, retention and employee satisfaction. Demonstrates clinical knowledge and competencies associated with patient care and satisfaction. Ensures participation and satisfaction of all stakeholders.
