Overview Job Summary Details: The Lead Pit Tech Operator (forklift) is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. Pay : $22.50 - $22.50 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicantu2019s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. For information about ABMu2019s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits Front Line Team Members ( (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: u2022 Must be 18 years of age or older u2022 No experience required and on the job training provided u2022 No high school diploma, GED or college degree required Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Customer service experience u2022 One (1) year of similar work experience Essential Functions - Operates Industrial Lift and/or Tugger to assist in loading or moving materials for Yardage. - Other duties as assigned by management. - Must learn to bale cardboard, run a trash compactor, and operate a tow tractor in order to keep production running smoothly . Break down and recycle cardboard in the assigned area in a distribution or fulfillment center to be disposed of. u00b7 Utilize power industrial trucks (PIT) to collect corrugate and recycling from one designated area to another within the site u00b7 Operate baler, auger, and trash compactor, sweep floors, support cleaning team, empty trash and wood bins throughout the site u00b7 Corrugate Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
