Maintenance Mechanic Master - NCS

Requisition ID: 177357 Position Summary Primary responsibility is to continuously improve and lead on assigned projects. Supervise and train craftsman on your team. Maintain and update required drawings, specs, and documents. Work within assigned team to develop and execute projects and to promote increased skills throughout your assigned crew(s). Experience Level Skilled Primary Responsibilities and Duties u2022 Work independently or with industry specialists to trouble shoot/diagnose problems with production machinery. u2022 Set-up, run, troubleshoot, and tear down production machinery. u2022 Keep designated machinery in running condition. u2022 Minimize down time through effective PM procedures and management. u2022 Troubleshoot machinery errors during production times. u2022 Communicate issues with machines to production management when necessary. u2022 Work with Machine Operators to ensure machines are running safely and properly. Qualifications u2022 May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area. u2022 Must possess mastery level proficiency in all tasks required for position. u2022 Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision. u2022 Proficient in the safe and efficient use of electrical, hand tools, power tools and layout tools as well as measurement tools Requirements u2022 Able to meet all physical requirements. u2022 Must have all required tools u2022 Expected to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces (may exceed 200 ft) u2022 Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions u2022 Able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by the workload u2022 Observe and comply with all safety and project rules.
