Responsibilities: u2022 Dayforce payroll processes for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and tax requirements. u2022 Utilize Dayforce to process bi-monthly payroll for over 2000 employees u2022 Maintain and update payroll records, addressing discrepancies and ensuring data integrity. u2022 Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll operations with organizational goals. u2022 Monitor payroll system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations. u2022 Provide guidance and training to payroll staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. u2022 Prepare and submit payroll reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights. u2022 Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to maintain compliance. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll u2022 Expertise in full-cycle payroll processing for large organizations. u2022 ideally multi-state payroll regulations and compliance. u2022 Experience managing bi-monthly payroll for over 500 employees. u2022 Familiarity with payroll systems such as Dayforce is a plus. 65k - 80k plus excellent benefits, medical, PTO and dental, 401k .
