Technical Project Manager with AEM knowledge

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager with 12 to 14 years of expertise in delivery management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in R&D Preclinical & Clinical and Bioinformatics. This hybrid role requires excellent coordination skills to ensure seamless service delivery in a day shift environment. The role does not require travel. Location - Plainsboro, NJ - This is a hybrid role requires 3 days in office _Please note- this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future_ Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $130,000/Year to $160,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans. Responsibilities + Lead end to end delivery of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementation and enhancement projects + Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and tech leads to translate business requirements into scalable AEP solutions + Manage project timelines, scope, risks and dependencies while ensuring high-quality delivery + Oversee cross functional teams of engineers, architects, analysts and QA engineers throughout the project lifecycle + Communicate project status, blockers and technical insights to both Cognizant and client stakeholders + Coordinate with Adobe and Cognizant Centre of Excellence for solution alignment, troubleshooting and best practices + Qualifications + Proven Experience in leading the cross functional team and managing external vendors and offshore teams + Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform or similar enterprise MarTech/CDP products + Strong understanding of data flows, digital analytics and customer journey use cases + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills + Good understanding of integrated offerings of Adobe Experience Cloud + Solid knowledge of AEP product components and application servicesCognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
