Job Title: Electrical Assembler Job Description Join our innovative team, where we continue to lead the industry in robotic automation and material handling equipment. We manufacture advanced machines, including case palletizers and multi-line case palletizing systems, serving the Food and Beverage and Chemical industries. Responsibilities + Utilize machine drawings, assembly drawings, control schematics, and relevant bills of materials to build and troubleshoot as needed. + Perform wiring tasks and work with control panels. + Engage in reducing or eliminating non-value-added work throughout the organization. + Use hand tools proficiently for various assembly tasks, ensuring quality workmanship and neatness. + Complete quality assurance checks for Blue Books. + Provide accurate documentation, including labor reporting and material reports. + Execute inventory re-ordering policies, including 'Kanban'. + Prepare equipment for shipment, including machine teardown. Essential Skills + Proficiency in assembly, including mechanical and electrical assembly. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Proficient use of hand and power tools. + General labor and assembling skills. Work Environment Work on the first shift from 5:30 AM, Monday to Thursday, with a 30-minute lunch break. Voluntary overtime may occur on Fridays or Saturdays, with the potential for involuntary overtime communicated on Mondays. Work in a very clean and well-lit facility, often in teams of 2-6 assemblers. Utilize Milwaukee tools and be prepared to work on platforms up to 20 feet high and 70 feet long. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Randolph, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.
