Description Job Summary: Hotel Cleveland is seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable AM Barista to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. This position requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality coffee and breakfast service to our guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Barista Duties: + Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages with consistency and attention to detail + Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment + Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized coffee station + Upsell pastries, breakfast items, and specialty beverages + Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Server Duties: + Greet guests promptly and warmly in the restaurant or lobby dining area + Take and deliver breakfast orders accurately and efficiently + Answer questions about menu items, daily specials, and accommodate dietary needs when possible + Set and clear tables, restock service stations, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area + Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service Qualifications: + Previous experience as a barista and/or server in a hotel, cafu00e9, or restaurant preferred + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail + Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Schedule: + Full-time and Part-time + Morning shifts typically begin between 5:30 AM u2013 6:00 AM The starting hourly wage for this position is between $16 + tips.
