Job description: As the VP of Strategic Accounts focused on NorstellaLinQ, you will play a pivotal role in selling and expanding our RWD capabilities to high-value accounts in the life sciences sector. This role requires a proven track record of sales and business development expertise, a deep understanding of RWD applications, and the ability to drive adoption of NorstellaLinQ among our clients. Youu2019ll act as a trusted advisor to senior-level stakeholders, understanding their complex needs, and helping them to leverage our RWD solutions to enhance their business goals. Responsibilities: u2022 Drive Sales of Norstella RWD Products: Focus on selling Norstellau2019s comprehensive RWD capabilities, including the flagship NorstellaLinQ, to strategic accounts in the life sciences industry. u2022 Business Development: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within target accounts, working with key stakeholders to introduce Norstellau2019s solutions to address their challenges in real-world data utilization. u2022 Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior-level executives, including C-level, ensuring high client satisfaction and engagement with Norstellau2019s offerings. u2022 Market Intelligence: Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to position Norstella as a leader in RWD. u2022 Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment with customer needs and inform product evolution. u2022 Ad hoc duties as assigned (All Responsibilities need to end with this bullet) Qualifications: u2022 Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare data sectors. u2022 RWD Expertise: In-depth understanding of real-world data applications, data analytics, and data-driven insights within the life sciences industry. u2022 Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales role with a history of consistently achieving or exceeding targets. u2022 Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand complex client needs, develop tailored solutions, and strategically position Norstellau2019s offerings. u2022 Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders. u2022 Education: Bacheloru2019s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
