DescriptionJob Summary:Hotel Cleveland is seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable AM Barista to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. This position requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality coffee and breakfast service to our guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, has a positive attitude, and enjoys being part of a team that creates memorable guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Barista Duties:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages with consistency and attention to detailOperate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipmentMaintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized coffee stationUpsell pastries, breakfast items, and specialty beveragesFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesServer Duties:Greet guests promptly and warmly in the restaurant or lobby dining areaTake and deliver breakfast orders accurately and efficientlyAnswer questions about menu items, daily specials, and accommodate dietary needs when possibleSet and clear tables, restock service stations, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining areaCollaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely serviceQualifications:Previous experience as a barista and/or server in a hotel, cafe, or restaurant preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong multitasking ability and attention to detailMust be reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsSchedule:Full-time and Part-timeMorning shifts typically begin between 5:30 AM - 6:00 AMThe starting hourly wage for this position is between $16 + tips.
