We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.What it's LikeWe're looking for an entry-level Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer intern to join our data analytics team. In this role, you'll work with complex data sets to build interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports that uncover actionable insights for business decision-makers. You'll collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions that drive performance and strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about data storytelling, comfortable working with large datasets, and eager to learn modern BI tools and data visualization best practices.What You'll DoYou'll learn how to design and build actionable dashboards that surface key insights for business teams. You'll work with large and complex data sets, developing skills in data modeling, querying, and visualization. You'll also explore how to integrate Python and AI tools into your daily workflow to enhance analytics and automation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business initiatives.Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for actionable insights.Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reporting systems.What it TakesFamiliarity with SQL, experience working in a data visualization toolAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDCandidates must be currently enrolled in a degree program and have at least one semester remaining following the internshipEmployees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internshipsEmployer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship tern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
