Provide exceptional client service, training, and ongoing support of Treasury Management products and this role you'll have the opportunity to:Assist clients with required support materials for their effective use of TM servicesAdminister client service policies and procedures. Responsible for achieving client service level standardsResponsible for client complaint resolution and proper and timely escalation of complex issuesResponsible for providing outstanding customer service to client in support of TM servicesResponsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulationsEducation & CertificationsAssociate's Degree in a related field (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)Experience2 or more years of treasury management experience or in a related client services environment requiredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of delivering end-user training of Treasury Management servicesKnowledge of relevant operating systems, applications, and/or equipmentKnowledge of sales principles and practices to effectively support Treasury ManagementAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, clients and management.
