Apply for JobJob ID102471LocationAuroraPosition TypeRegularRegular/TemporaryRegularAdd to Favorite JobsEmail this JobJob OverviewThe Coordinator of Gift Services at Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation (Foundation) is responsible for processing donations made to the (Foundation) and runs procedures related to the output and updating of information from the Foundation's Blackbaud CRM constituent database; enters and maintains constituent biographic and demographic information into the database; runs procedures to output and / or update information. Other duties include special projects and working at off-site Foundation events, as assigned. This position will focus on the CRM/LO integration. This position will report directly to the Director, Gift Services in the Foundation.Additional InformationDepartment Name: CHCHS FoundationJob Status: Full time, 40 hours per week.Shift: Shift is Mon-Fri days - 8a-5p - occasional after hours, paid and as planned and scheduledDuties & ResponsibilitiesProcess giftsProcess donations under $10,000Serve as back up for gifts $10,000 and aboveKeep GS team informed and on task regarding items on Batch LogProcess Benevity report monthlyKeep GS team informed and on task regarding items on Batch LogRecord Estates in progress Gifts in CRMServe as back-up for Planned Gift entryMaintenance of database informationPrepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and cross train GS staff on applying Major Giving/employee giving gifts accuratelyConfirm matching gifts (submit matching gifts as needed) and add matching gift claims to CRMPoint of contact for MG/Employee givingEstablish matching gift company relationships in CRMMaintain login information for matching gift company databaseAdjust gift records that are less than $10,000 and with focus on recurring gifts -- Follow-up with Foundation staff and donors on missing informationPerform data cleanup projectsMaintain data integrity by correcting biographical information, including updating address, creating new constituent records, correcting dupes, etc.Create and maintain constituent recordsClean up Deceased Spouse/Partner records via weekly audit queryProcess and respond to chargeback noticesSet up and maintain tribute records/deceasing constituents/adding obituariesRun daily/weekly/monthly audit queries for data clean-upRun Crowdfunding queries weekly to add any new tributes from CF pages and additional restrictions for certain giftsMove crowdfunding gifts to final designations - manually or through a global changeAdminister procedures related to the updating and extraction of information in CRMDownload ANB lockbox image files and prep batches for processing (daily)Download ANB ACH/wire image files and prep batches for processing (daily)Confirm that batch log totals agree with CRM batch totals/reconcile discrepanciesGenerate pledge reminders monthlySend monthly pledge push reminder to all Foundation Field StaffGenerate receipts (daily)Partner with Donor Relations to ensure tribute notifications are mailed once per weekLead for End of Year Statement preparationAssist Coordinator of Gift Planning and review GIS's before final submission to be added to CRMSpecial Projects and DutiesAssist Director of GS to create/write SOP for new pledge reminder processPoint of contact for GS between Gift Planning departmentPaid to attend and work special events such as Courage ClassicMonitor and respond to GS Help questionsPoint of contact for MG/Employee givingMay be asked to work paid overtime depending on volume of activity and special needsAssist with other projects as needed or assigned by Director of Gift ServicesCross train with other Gift Processing team members to assist or cover specific duties as volumes o other circumstances, as needed (e.g., paid time off)Minimum QualificationsDegreesAA/AS or at least 2 additional years of direct work experienceExperienceAt least 2 years' direct customer experience working in a role that applied daily system use in a CRM with the skills and abilities needed for data entry and data processing.
