Job Description __ Active TS/SCI with Poly Required __ Position is contingent on award Position Summary Fluor is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support the Programu2019s Finance Manager in delivering high-impact financial management, analysis, and reporting services. This role is embedded at the customer site and plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the program lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in government contracting, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a commitment to supporting both internal Fluor functions and external government stakeholders. Key Responsibilities u00b7 Assist in the development, analysis, and submission of client-specific and internal financial reports u00b7 Track labor hours, including overtime, and reconcile vendor invoices and purchase orders u00b7 Support monthly financial close processes and accrual submissions u00b7 Manage and report on Other Direct Costs (ODC), work authorizations, and project charge numbers u00b7 Develop and maintain project forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EAC) u00b7 Perform ad hoc financial analysis for both customer and internal stakeholders u00b7 Utilize Costpoint and Excel for financial deliverables and reporting u00b7 Collaborate with Project Controls, Contracts, Billing, HR, and Supply Chain teams u00b7 Contribute to Basis of Estimate (BOE), pricing, Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), and Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REA) u00b7 Support compliance with FAR, CAS, and Fluoru2019s internal financial policies #Intel Basic Job Requirements u2022 Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and five (5) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to nine (9) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements u2022 Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders u2022 Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job u2022 Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines u2022 Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Other Job Requirements u00b7 Active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field u00b7 Highly proficiency in Excel u00b7 Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis or project controls within government contracting u00b7 Strong quality control and analytical skills u00b7 Familiarity with multiple contract types (CPAF, FFP, LOE, CR) within the DoD / IC community u00b7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment u00b7 Experience supporting USG sponsor programs Preferred Qualifications u00b7 Proficiency in Costpoint u00b7 Experience with Government Working Capital Funds u00b7 Knowledge of Fluoru2019s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) systems u00b7 Demonstrated ability to meet short timelines and manage competing priorities u00b7 Prior experience in an Engineering and Construction environment u00b7 Strong written and verbal communication skills u00b7 Exposure to foreign currency budgeting and reporting We are an equal opportunity employer. Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidateu2019s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
