Job Title: Heavy Equipment OperatorLocation: Working in Multiple StatesJob Type: Full-TimeTravel: Up to 95%Salary: Hourly Rate, Health & Fringe benefits per Collective Bargaining AgreementDuties/Responsibilities/Physical Requirements: - Safely operate heavy equipment (skid steers, loaders, excavators etc.)- Use biter bucket to disassemble buildings & structures- Excavate and grade dirt, fill &/or debris- Unload & load materials or equipment from platforms or trailers- Install &/or remove loader attachments- Coordination to use heavy equipment to separate various materials- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning and lubrication of equipment- Agility to climb onto, into and out of equipment using ladder- Agility to walk and work on uneven surfaces- Agility, bodily coordination & dexterity of hands and feet- Ability to work productively in personal protective equipment throughout work shift in all weather conditions- Perform all work in accordance with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies- Regular and Predictable PerformanceEducation / Experience:Candidates must have a HS diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years' experience operating equipment or apprenticeJob Specific Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:- Responsible and safety minded- Knowledge on the use multiple equipment hammer, shear, grapple and/or bucket- Ability to make visible distinctions among various debris & scrap materials- Ability to collaborate and work with a teamPost Location: IL,IN,IA,AZ,OK,PA,NJ,TX,GA,AL,MO,KY,TN,FL,OR,VA,NC,VA,SCBrandenburg is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
