Description: The applicant will be responsible for running bulldozers, excavators, skidloaders, pans and other construction equipment. Work will consist of moving dirt, rock, sand, gravel and other materials. The Equipment Operator will work in a combination of new construction and remodel jobs with mostly light commercial work and some residential. RCS will offer training to the Equipment Operator with the ability to advance in the field Preferred Skills: Safety focused High school diploma/GED 1 year heavy equipment operations experience Pan / scraper experience is a huge plus CDL Class A strongly preferred Physically able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds A basic understanding of how to read blueprints Good communication skills Valid driver's license Flexibility & willingness to work in multiple positions RCS Benefits: Employee Owned RCS prides itself on offering great wages Medical Insurance Paid Vacation and Holidays 401K Ability to advance at a growing company
