Copyright Litigation Associate Our client is a major international firm, seeking an associate with at least 3 years of experience for its premier Copyright Practice in New York, Washington, DC, Menlo Park, and San Francisco offices. This position involves providing strategic counsel to technology and media companies to litigating music-industry and infringement claims, as well as cutting-edge cases challenging generative AI technology. The salary for this position starts at $260k+. Qualifications 3+ years of experience litigating and counseling on copyright matters. Experience litigating infringement cases in federal court. Excellent academic credentials are required. Excellent writing, analytical, research, and interpersonal skills.
