Construction Labourer

Staffmax is helping our client hire hardworking Construction Labourers for a 3-month contract. This role involves physically demanding work on commercial or residential construction sites and is suited for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. Contract Length: 3 Months Location: Las Vegas, NV Key Responsibilities: Load and unload construction materials Assist skilled trades with tools, equipment, and site tasks Operate basic hand tools and small machinery Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE Perform demolition, setup, or cleanup as needed Report hazards and equipment issues to supervisors Requirements: Previous construction or general labour experience preferred Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work outdoors Must have CSA-approved steel-toe boots Reliable, punctual, and a team player Ability to follow directions and maintain a safe work environment This is a great role for someone who enjoys outdoor work, teamwork, and learning from skilled tradespeople. Staffmax will support you throughout the project.
