We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Flexible work environmentCareer advancementCompetitive base salary Bonus opportunityVacation, Personal, Sick and Holiday payMedical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life and AD&D insurance401k with a company match30% merchandise discountThis position is responsible for managing projects, report development and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that support Spirit Operations, Spirit Field team and Executive staff.Supervise, train, and evaluate team members; manage workload assignmentsGather and analyze large amounts of data from various sources to produce comprehensive reportingDevelop, create and maintain KPI Reports, identify potential issues and provide insights for strategic and effective decision makingAct as Operations Team lead on inter-departmental collaborative projects.Create and manage short and long-term plans with interim project milestones, adhering to deadlines; manage internal communicationsDevelop measurements to evaluate effectiveness of new and existing programsReview operational issues and current processes for enhancements and improvementsBachelor's degree or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience managing and leading a teamProficiency using Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI a plusUnderstanding of retail operations processes preferredStrong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skillsExcellent communication skillsCreative thinker and problem solverAdaptability in efficiently sorting, integrating and consolidating diverse data sourcesThe pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scopeand responsibilities of the position.$75,000 - $85,000
