As the world’s largest provider of EAP and Managed Care, this is an exceptional opportunity to use your clinical expertise to help support customer employees who are seeking EAP services. This position requires a senior clinical licensed professional with sound clinical judgement.Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as neededFacilitate referrals into the benefit plan or community resourcesProvide supervisory consultations and support for work-related issuesMonitor employer-related referrals through completion of servicesManage Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) debriefingsComplete employee/management orientations regarding the Employee Assistant Program’s role and servicesProvide training and lunch-and-learn servicesOther duties as assignedLicensed LCSW/LPCC required: LCSW/LPCC, PhD/Psy.DExperience in EAP services, onsite EAP experience highly desiredAt least 5 years of providing direct clinical servicesExperience in work-related issuesAbility to work independently while maintaining communication with our corporate officeExperience in facilitating onsite training programs and presentationsProven track record of fostering partnerships with management, unions, and other personnelCrisis intervention experience, including providing CISM servicesSound clinical judgmentExcellent critical thinking skillsEEOComPsych is an equal opportunity employer.
