Industrial Engineer Senior (Level 3)

Production Process Optimization: u2022 Enhance production activities by implementing analytical techniques and utilizing various data and data visualization tools. u2022 Monitor production health metrics, ensuring timely identification of potential issues and areas for improvement. Project Management: u2022 Lead projects focused on production efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of solutions into the production environment. Collaboration and Support: u2022 Work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and various production support functions to align objectives and ensure operational effectiveness. u2022 Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring production goals are met while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Experience with continuous improvement, problem solving, and production planning in a manufacturing environment. u2022 Experience with forecasting methods (learning curves &/or parametric estimates). u2022 Experience with statistical analysis, data analysis, &/or database operations. Desired Skills: u2022 Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education u2022 Experience with data analysis & database operations (Statistical process control, SQL, Tableau, data mining, strong Excel skills, etc.) u2022 Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes u2022 Experience working with business objects (BO) and enterprise data warehouse (EDW) u2022 Experience with analytical and project planning tools and software, including MS Office Suite of tools u2022 Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA, etc.) u2022 Project management experience u2022 Experience with simulation modeling software, such as Simio Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
