Plant Controller

Description We are looking for a dedicated Plant Controller to oversee financial and administrative operations at our facility . This role is integral to ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting the companyu2019s overall strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to managing both finance and administrative teams. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee all accounting and financial reporting activities at the plant level, ensuring accuracy and compliance. u2022 Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and forecasts to support decision-making. u2022 Manage budgeting processes, cost analysis, and variance reporting to optimize financial performance. u2022 Supervise inventory accounting, track fixed assets, and handle capital expenditure processes. u2022 Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and relevant external regulations. u2022 Coordinate with corporate finance teams to support audits and long-term financial planning. u2022 Lead administrative staff, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient payroll processing. u2022 Manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance services. u2022 Collaborate with HR to support onboarding, training, and policy enforcement while maintaining compliance documentation. u2022 Promote teamwork and continuous improvement across operations, HR, and corporate departments. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. u2022 At least five years of experience in plant or manufacturing finance and administration. u2022 Comprehensive knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial analysis, and ERP systems. u2022 Proven ability to lead teams effectively and drive results in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly and concisely. u2022 Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. u2022 Preferred: Certification in accounting or finance and experience in lean manufacturing methodologies. u2022 Familiarity with small to mid-sized manufacturing operations and continuous improvement practices.
