Responsibilities: u2022 Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and E-Mail, ensuring a detail-oriented and supportive approach. u2022 Process customer orders accurately using proprietary order management systems. u2022 Manage product returns and warranty claims in compliance with company policies. u2022 Address and resolve customer concerns, providing clear solutions and maintaining satisfaction. u2022 Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. u2022 Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions for reporting purposes. u2022 Utilize call center software to track tickets and monitor customer service metrics. u2022 Stay informed about aftermarket vehicle parts and services to assist customers effectively. u2022 Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements. u2022 Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
