ERP/CRM Consultant

Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Bartlett, Illinois. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing ERP systems to meet organizational needs. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining software efficiency and functionality. Responsibilities: u2022 Configure and manage SyteLine users, permissions, and system enhancements, including forms, IDOs, reports, and workbenches. u2022 Develop and maintain database objects such as tables, triggers, stored procedures, views, and indexes to optimize system operations. u2022 Apply software patches, replicate databases to test environments, and ensure the system remains up-to-date. u2022 Export and import data between SyteLine and Excel, leveraging tools like Excel Pivot Tables and macro scripting for data manipulation. u2022 Troubleshoot daily user issues related to SyteLine and its database, providing timely solutions and support. u2022 Create custom queries and modify reports to meet specific business requirements. u2022 Ensure compliance with development best practices to avoid disruptions during software version upgrades. u2022 Assist in integrating labeling software and other tools as needed to enhance system functionality. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business requirements, ensuring system alignment. u2022 Provide ongoing support for system configurations and enhancements to improve operational efficiency. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in SyteLine Version 10 and related modules, with a focus on manufacturing processes. u2022 Strong SQL query skills and experience with database management. u2022 Familiarity with Excel Pivot Tables, macro scripting, and data connections. u2022 Experience with SyteLine ERP and its integration capabilities. u2022 Knowledge of API development and client-side scripting. u2022 Ability to create Business Requirement Documents and manage configuration settings. u2022 Previous experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution. u2022 Experience with BarTender Labeling Software and familiarity with supply chain, financial, and inventory modules is a plus.
