Description We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in Troy, Michigan, and requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in digital marketing tools, campaign management, and lead generation strategies. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms to drive business growth. u2022 Manage and monitor HubSpot sequences, ensuring optimal performance and effective tracking. u2022 Conduct tailored searches using tools like ZoomInfo to identify potential leads and market opportunities. u2022 Oversee social media management efforts, including content creation and engagement strategies. u2022 Update and maintain company websites to ensure accurate and appealing online presence. u2022 Collaborate with the Head of Sales to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. u2022 Utilize tools such as PowerPoint and Canva to create compelling presentations and marketing materials. u2022 Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders. u2022 Occasionally travel to support marketing and sales initiatives. u2022 Continuously analyze campaign data using Google Analytics to measure effectiveness and refine strategies. Requirements u2022 A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. u2022 Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords to optimize campaigns. u2022 Strong expertise in managing email marketing campaigns and lead tracking systems. u2022 Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo. u2022 Ability to work independently with minimal direction, demonstrating self-motivation and resourcefulness. u2022 Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences. u2022 Tech-savvy with the ability to update websites and design marketing assets using tools like Canva. u2022 Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
