Job Title: Production Operator - Level 1 Job Description The position is tasked with operating machinery and equipment to produce high-quality pultruded products in accordance with specifications. Responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring the production process, performing quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and conducting routine maintenance on equipment.
