Job Title: Customer Service/Parts specialist Location: Centennial, CO 80112 Pay: $24-27/hr. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, Boiler or other similar industries, working sales/customer service or technical experience. Job Highlights: Serve customers at the counter and on the phone to identify correct parts, equipment, and solutions Maintain stock and product, receive and inspect shipments and input information into system Park and ship orders from the warehouse for delivery and assist with part ordering and processing Understanding and adhering to laws codes policies regulations and safety practices Build customer loyalty offering knowledge and service about products and resolving parts inquiries What we look for: Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent 2 plus years of experience in either HVAC or wholesale parts industry is strongly desired Comfortable climbing ladders and operating forklifts with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds Proficiency and knowledge in computer software's like Excel Epicor and Adobe
