The full time position is a working Manager with direct reports. The Human Resource Manager will report to Owners of the company. They are wanting the Human Resource Manager to shape the culture and assist with the mission and vision of the organization. This onsite Human Resource Manager role will create trainings, help with employee engagement & performance management, employee relations issues, and oversee payroll and benefits. Look me up on Linked In Responsibilities: u2022 Supervise and mentor HR staff to ensure efficient operations across all HR functions. u2022 Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development. u2022 Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a collaborative and motivated work environment. u2022 Manage and resolve employee relations matters, fostering strong communication and trust within the organization. u2022 Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration to ensure compliance and accuracy. u2022 Lead onboarding procedures to welcome new hires and integrate them seamlessly into the company. u2022 Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate records and streamline HR operations. u2022 Shape and promote organizational culture aligned with the companyu2019s mission and vision. u2022 Ensure HR practices comply with legal regulations and company policies. u2022 Provide guidance to leadership on HR strategies to support business objectives. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management or related roles. u2022 Strong expertise in employee relations and HR administration. u2022 Proficiency in managing payroll and benefits systems. u2022 Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and data management. u2022 Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training sessions. u2022 Effective leadership skills to supervise and develop HR teams. u2022 Experience working in multi-site environments and handling diverse teams. u2022 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address workplace challenges.
