Job Title: National Account Representative - Protect All Req ID: 15245 HR Contact: Sheena WATSON Location: Remote Worker - Atlanta, Georgia, Remote Worker - Georgia ABOUT THE ROLE Protect-All Flooring is a growing manufacturer of Resilient Flooring systems, has an opening for a National Account Representative based in the Southeast region of the United States. This position aims to lead the companyu2019s efforts to create, maintain, and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers within multiple sales regions. The ideal candidate would be located in a metropolis within one of the following states: GA, FL or TX. This is a full-time, salaried based position reporting to the National Sales Manager with a salary ranging between $85,000-$90,000 with additional bonus potential. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH Essential Functions: + Establish relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. + Maximize business opportunities within customer accounts. + Learn, promote, and sell the Protect-All Flooring system to prospective customers based in assigned geographies. + Make monthly service contact with all active customer accounts. + Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. + Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. + Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs. + Manage the design specifications for each customer account. + Working closely with Protect-All Distributors and Contractors, General Contractors, and Architects on customer account projects and construction needs. + Coordinate bid process amongst multiple Protect-All Contractors, General Contractors, and Customer Accounts. + Develop new business opportunities in assigned territory. Accountabilities and Performance Measures: + Achieve sales targets in designated corporate accounts. + Achieve strategic customer and business development objectives defined by company management. + Complete strategic customer account plans that meet company standards. + Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. + Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame. + Maintain up to date customer information in company CRM + Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. WHAT WEu2019RE LOOKING FOR + Education: Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent work experience + Required Work Experience: 5 years of successful business to business sales experience. + Travel Requirements: Ability to travel frequently in the assigned territory u2013 typically ranges from 60-70%. + Commercial Flooring knowledge or Protect-All background preferred. + Must be organized and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. + Must have outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. + Territory management and presentation skills.
