Java Developer

Lead and collaborate with iterative/agile development teams to design, implement, and integrate large-scale JEE-based applications. Develop enterprise applications using JDK 1.8+, JSF/JSP, and deploy solutions on WebSphere Application Server 9.0+. Build and maintain messaging and integration components using JMS, EJB, MQ 6.0+, XML, JAXB, and JAX-WS. Develop data persistence layers using JPA and/or Hibernate interacting with Oracle or SQL Server databases. Apply strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software design patterns, and scalable application architectures. Participate in all SDLC phases including design reviews, code reviews, integration testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across application, middleware, and database layers. Ensure all solutions adhere to technical, security, and architectural standards. Core Java & JEE Development 7+ years guiding teams in planning, designing, implementing, and integrating complex JEE-based systems. Strong experience with data structures, algorithms, software architecture, and design patterns. Java Application Development 7+ years developing applications with JDK 1.8 or higher using JSF/JSP. Experience deploying applications on WebSphere Application Server (v9.0 or higher). Messaging & Integration Technologies JMS EJB MQ 6.0+ XML, JAXB, JAX-WS Database & ORM Development 6+ years developing applications using JPA and/or Hibernate Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases Strong SQL query, optimisation, and schema design skills
