Make a difference - for us and for your future.nPosition Title: Manager of Indirect LendingBusiness Unit: Retail LendingReports to: Chief Consumer Credit OfficerPosition Overview:This position is primarily responsible for all Indirect Lending functions including business development, underwriting, processing, booking, credit quality, risk management, budgeting, staff administration, product development and profitability oversight. u00a0The incumbent is accountable for the indirect line of business in the Bank.Primary Responsibilities:Manages a diverse staff to optimize product line profitability by balancing volume with credit policy observance, risk management and pricing discretion.Develops and oversees a third party origination network to maximize asset acquisition opportunities favored by the teracts with senior management to achieve targeted goals and objectives in the lines of business.Monitors key industry trends and reacts to positive or negative changes via policy recommendations, pricing, strategies, business focus and dealer network planning.Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B.
